- 4 tsp Roogenic Native Relief Tea (or 4 Tea Bags)
- 1 Grapefruit, sliced
- 4 tsp Roogenic Lemon Myrtle Infused Honey
- 500g ice cubes
- Steep 4 tsp of Roogenic Native Relief Tea (or 4 Tea Bags) in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. While hot, mix through the Roogenic Lemon Myrtle Infused Honey until dissolved. Reserve the tea leaves to use again and cool the tea in the fridge.
- Add the sliced grapefruit before pouring over ice.
