1. Promoter

The promoter is Roogenic Pty Ltd (ABN 15 612 354 104), of PO Box: 940, South Fremantle, Australia, Perth, WA 6162

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
• Employees (and their immediate families) of Roogenic Pty Ltd and its related entities are ineligible to enter.
• This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  

3. Promotion Period

• The promotion starts at 12:00am (AWST) on 1 February 2026 and ends at 11:59pm (AWST) on 28 February 2026.
  Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• Eligible entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry for every completed purchase made via the Roogenic website or at a Roogenic market stall during the promotion period.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per person. 
• A valid phone number and email address must be provided at the time of purchase. Entries without contact details are ineligible.

5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize to be won, valued at $5,000 AUD, consisting of:

• Return economy flights for two (2) from any Australian capital city to Darwin, NT
  Five (5) nights' accommodation in Darwin
• A guided cultural bushfood experience showcasing local knowledge and native ingredients
• The prize will be provided as travel vouchers valued at $5,000 AUD to be used toward the above travel experience.
  

Notes:

• Travel must be booked within 12 months of the draw date.
• The prize is not redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded.
• Any expenses beyond the value of the vouchers are the responsibility of the winner.
  
  

6. Draw Details

• The draw will take place at Roogenic Offices, 1/11 Roper Street O’Connor 6163, WA, on 4 March 2026 at 10:00am (AWST).
• The winner will be randomly selected via an approved electronic draw system.
  

7. Winner Notification & Publication

• The winner will be contacted via the phone number and/or email address provided at the time of entry within 2 business days of the draw.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 5 business days, or if their contact details are invalid or incomplete, Roogenic reserves the right to redraw the prize.
• The winner’s first name, last initial, and state will be published on https://roogenic.com.au/pages/broome-giveaway by 5 September 2025.

8. Unclaimed Prize

• If a redraw is required due to the winner being uncontactable within 2 business days, the redraw will take place on 10 September 2025 at the same location and time.
  
• The redraw winner will be notified and published in the same manner.
  

9. Liability

• Roogenic is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, communications failures, or lost, late or misdirected entries.
  
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roogenic excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) incurred in connection with the competition or prize.
