    Some days I drink it hot, other days I drink it cold and when I don't feel like drinking I make some decadent chocolate mousse with it. I fall asleep easier, quicker and the taste is so good.

    I have mine with milk, it relaxes me but not as good as the Deep Sleep drink.

    More s chocolate flavour but can taste artificial sweetener or whatever it is.

    Still very good though

    This is much better in hot milk than hot water i believe it helped me with my sleep i would recommend to all to try , the sleep teas are still by far my favourites though 😁
