    A little of my sleep history to begin with ... After years of poor sleep , over thinking , typical life dramas melatonin etc etc .. nothing worked .. happenned to come across Roogenic via an interview on tv .. decided to buy some for a try ... sat in cupboard umopenrd for a month or so .. till last night .. had major dental surgery that day . when the anisthetic wore off 2.00 pm the pain and anxiety was becomeing worse by 4.00 pm was excruciating ...!! panadine Forte sort of helped ...----- 8.00 pm can't eat , pain and thoughts ..?? Going to be A Looong night me thinks ... I can't explain why but that TV interview come to mind ...got my Cosmic read the intstructions , but can't have hot drinks ..Bumma lol looks like a Cold Cosmic ... made up cosmic , 30 min in freezer ..9.oo pm little sip , nice !! and down she went ..within 30 min starting to mellow even tv sort of interesting ..?? last commercial break around 10.15 ish ...To my amazement a full unintrupted night till 7.00 ( never ever has this for way too long ) But not only sleep but No Pain and I am writing review at 5.00 pm ...Overall fantastic in every way and some .. will definately be trying other ones , but for now It's Cold Cosmic ... Cheers and Thankyou

    Exactly what I needed

    This sleep powder has helped me so much this past week. I struggle a lot with falling asleep since I have too many thoughts at night. The first few days I didn’t notice much but by the 5th night, I heated up my milk tiny bit hotter and boy it worked much stronger compared to cold or just warm milk. I was trying to fight the sleepiness because naughty me wanted to stay up late on the weekends, but cosmic cocoa won, and I was knocked out before I knew it.

    Love this!

    I've been struggling with my sleep due to menopause and have tried everything I can think of. Saw this in the health store and am so glad I gave it a try.

    It tastes absolutely delicious almost like marshmallows and feels like a warm hug in a mug. For the first time in months I slept all the way through the night. Highly recommend this product.
