    Exactly what I needed

    This sleep powder has helped me so much this past week. I struggle a lot with falling asleep since I have too many thoughts at night. The first few days I didn’t notice much but by the 5th night, I heated up my milk tiny bit hotter and boy it worked much stronger compared to cold or just warm milk. I was trying to fight the sleepiness because naughty me wanted to stay up late on the weekends, but cosmic cocoa won, and I was knocked out before I knew it.

    Love this!

    I've been struggling with my sleep due to menopause and have tried everything I can think of. Saw this in the health store and am so glad I gave it a try.

    It tastes absolutely delicious almost like marshmallows and feels like a warm hug in a mug. For the first time in months I slept all the way through the night. Highly recommend this product.

    I've only had one sachet so far... I keep forgetting to have it, however I slept well.. Taste wise - an acquired taste, my 11 year old wasn't keen but after a few mouthfuls I think once my taste buds get used to it, it could be a fav 😊
