    Love this!

    I've been struggling with my sleep due to menopause and have tried everything I can think of. Saw this in the health store and am so glad I gave it a try.

    It tastes absolutely delicious almost like marshmallows and feels like a warm hug in a mug. For the first time in months I slept all the way through the night. Highly recommend this product.

    I've only had one sachet so far... I keep forgetting to have it, however I slept well.. Taste wise - an acquired taste, my 11 year old wasn't keen but after a few mouthfuls I think once my taste buds get used to it, it could be a fav 😊

    Some days I drink it hot, other days I drink it cold and when I don't feel like drinking I make some decadent chocolate mousse with it. I fall asleep easier, quicker and the taste is so good.

    Pleasant taste

    I have mine with milk, it relaxes me but not as good as the Deep Sleep drink.

    More s chocolate flavour but can taste artificial sweetener or whatever it is.

    Still very good though
