    Gut Restore

    Post menopause certainly brings with it the onset of uncontrolled excessive flatulence, bloating & other gut issues-what a relief to have found help in being able to do exactly what the label says "Gut Restore". Wonderful knowing it has no nasties hidden in the ingredients-all natural & made in Australia. Not disappointed!

    Kakadu plum powder

    As it boosts highly of Vit C I knew I had to give this a go. I’ve been using it daily - just 1/4 teaspoon over my home made yoghurt once a day. No bitter taste, no grittiness, not much of a flavour at all to be honest which I quite like!

    Highly recommend it!

    Gentle Sleep Support & Glow Goals in One – Loving the Beauty Sleep Bundle So Far

    I’ve been trying the Beauty Sleep Bundle and really liking it so far. The Sleep Powder has become part of my wind-down routine. The Collagen Plus Powder helps me feels wonderful as a great morning add-in for skin and hair support in my morning smoothie.

    They also threw in a detox tea (lemon myrtle, ginger, mint)—a nice bonus! I’m usually cautious with “detox” claims, but this one feels gentle and gut-friendly.

    So far, it’s a solid combo for anyone wanting better sleep and a beauty boost from within (can recommend!!!)
