    This really seems to work, amazing

    It’s amazing!

    Menopause, plus a lifetime of 4.30am alarms for work, left me a sleep deprived mess. I would wake for up to three hours a night. Awful!

    I thought I’d give this powder a try, and it’s incredible. I just sleep. All night long!

    I don’t particularly like the taste (is there stevia in it? Something metallic) so I have it with yoghurt and some blueberries.
