The tea blend is encased in special silky pods. The experience is a special treat to relax at the end of a day. Each t bag can make 2 cups of tea. The tea blend calms my mind and my tummy.

I am a proud Wiradjuri aboriginal woman, the last 4yrs I dealt with, also with my mum, 2yrs of looking after my father, him whilst in palliative care, he passed Sept 2023, then looking after my mum. I have been drinking this tea for over a year now and wow! It has helped my peri-menopause sleep problems a lot. I also share the pot of this with my daughter who absolutely loves it.
