    This Cocoa sleep chocolate seems to be working.

    It takes me awhile to get to sleep (re aches n pain)

    But once I’m asleep I do have a deep sleep for a good 4 to 5 hrs straight n that’s quite an improvement for me. That’s why I ordered another jar.

    Delicious and relaxing

    I really loved this as a hot chocolate. Was delicious with warm soy milk and even just the ritual of it was relaxing. I did sleep well that night too so initial thoughts are that it helps.

    I love the Cosmic Cocoa in the tub. But my mistake I ordered it in the 7 Day sachets to take away . So disappointed it doesn’t taste the same as the rich chocolate in the tub.
