    Deep Sleep Powder

    My sleep has improved overall since commencing my nightly routine of taking a scoop of Roogenic Deep Sleep Powder, both with getting off to sleep and more easily returning to sleep if I wake during the night.     Nothing better.

    I’ve been buying the Sleep powder for my son and bought a few too many so decided to take some myself and wow, now it’s my nightly ritual. 😴✨

    I’ve been suffering sleepless nights for nearly two years, I think it’s due to menapause, although your Menapause Day and Night tea has helped me tremendously, the sleep powder is on another level. I’ve been taking it with a little soda water. . . delicious… not only does it taste good, but I have the deepest sleeps ( no getting up often in the night) until morning and my dreams are not so intense either!! It’s an amazing powder, I’m beyond greatful for this concoction, thank you Roogenic for making this possible! 😀💥

    Should be a presctiption!

    I have always struggled with sleep because of my ADHD and have suffered from periods of insomnia throughout my whole life. I already use the sleep tea and didnt think it could get much better but WOW the powder just ups the stakes entirely! I take it half hour before bed and it really supports me to just drift peacefully to sleep rather than laying there for hours with no sleep in sight. I often have broken sleep due to having a 2 year old, however, it in no way impacts on my ability to wake to her, and when she is settled again I am able to go straight back to sleep whereas before I was waking up and staying awake. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good nights sleep!
