I have always struggled with sleep because of my ADHD and have suffered from periods of insomnia throughout my whole life. I already use the sleep tea and didnt think it could get much better but WOW the powder just ups the stakes entirely! I take it half hour before bed and it really supports me to just drift peacefully to sleep rather than laying there for hours with no sleep in sight.
