Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    BEST TEA EVER!

    I’ve been drinking the Native Detox tea for about 2 weeks now. I feel like it has helped me, as I feel less bloated. It tastes amazing hot and cold and is easy to drink.

    Perfect after meals

    I started drinking this when I was having a lot of reflux as a way of helping me digest food better after eating and it's great! Really nice flavour, probably my favourite of the teas so far.
