Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    A great everyday tea!

    Absolutely love this tea. I had my first cup today and will definitely add into my morning routine. When you have a cold you could easily add lemon and honey with tea for health benefits.

    Native Inflammation Tea Amazing

    I had a lot of inflammation in my knees. I found this product online and decided to give it a go. Wow, it is amazing. I noticed my inflammation reduced a lot within the first 5 days of drinking this tea and I was able to walk and move around so much better. I've been using it now for about 3 weeks and generally feel so much better in many ways, even my sleep has improved. This will be a product I will always drink daily and recommend to others

    Arthritis Eased At Last
