    My Go To Get Well Tonic

    Just wanted to share with you this healing brew I made as I am feeling a bit under the weather, a little bit chesty. I mixed Lemon Myrtle, Julungan, and Kakadu plum and turned it into a tea. Added some Roogenic honey with Kakadu plum, let it simmer for 10 minutes, covered it for 5 minutes, and then enjoyed a warm cup.

    Hmmm…. I really like this unique blend of bitter and sweet, quite strong but pleasant. Plus, it's packed with antioxidants, anti microbial and will boost my immunity, so I thought it might help me feel better. I will keep drinking this all day, thumbs up! 👍💕

    Lemon myrtle

    I used this in a gluten, dairy and sugar free cheeze cake (made with cashews, cocunut cream etc) and protein balls and it was delicious!! Helps to follow a healthy lifestyle but not missing out on great taste💞
