How to Use

Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    I have never been one to be able to drink black tea of any sort.

    But I have found this so easy to drink, does not leave a taste in my mouth like others I’ve tried.

    Yumm is my saying for this .

    Sooo good

    This was a new one I haven’t tried. What a pleasant surprise. Great flavours and a nice spicey gingery finish to it. I find it a great mid morning pick me up. Will fit right in with my collection.

    A must buy!!!

    I've been drinking the Metabolism Tea for a few months now, at first to help with bloating and nausea from a stomach ulcer. I cannot start my day without it anymore!!!! On the days I drink this, I do not bloating, I don't suffer from nausea and as an added bonus, my reflux is now under control!!!

    I love all my teas from Roogenic!
