Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Amazing Tea!!

    This tea really does work. It taste beauitful and my body hasn't felt better and i have only been using it for one month. Less aches and pains and more mobiltiy. I have so much faith in this brand that i have ordered one of each tea. And got my whole family onto it. I have two teenagers and although they won't drink teas i have bought the powder and sneak it into their smoothies. The results are truley amazing. All my friends have now ordered some off my experience and they are so thrilled to have found it also. I can't recommend this product enough. It's just the natural medicine i was missing in my life.

    Inflammation and metabolism tea review.

    I have been drinking a cup of inflammation tea for a couple of weeks now and can already feel a difference in my arthritis.

    The inflammation in my back and hips has improved as well which has lessened the pain in those areas.

    I will be certainly continuing drinking it.

    The tea to improve my metabolism , I only started about 1 week ago, I will probably feel the effects better after a month.

    My daughter bought me this one, I am so pleased she did.

    Anti inflammatory tea

    I wasn’t sure if it would work I started taking the tea the day it arrived I think it has been about a week now and I have started noticing the difference my knee is not so sore now when I walk I will definitely continue buying more tea

    Sore throat gone!
