I just love this tea, have arthritis , and my hand is always aching, but after 2 weeks having the tea twice a day, I can actually close my hand properly..it tastes amazing, hot or cold, and being all natural and all Australian is fantastic..I just turned 60 and I bought my girlfriend's each a box, for there own ailments.. I am due for a partial knee replacement in 10 days and have suffered from inflammation for 6 months.
