Clarity Tea & Tin Gift Box (Tea Bags)

I've been drinking sleep tea for more than a year now, it has supported my nervous system to enable quality sleep. I drink it an hour before bed, include gentle breath work, journalling, and then usually a second cup with the same tea bag ( yes the herbs are so fresh and strong I get two cups from one bag! ).

My sleep patterns are consistently peaceful and deep, I manage to reach REM each night now ( I hadn't dreamt in about 12 years due to disturbed sleep). Life becomes simpler and we live in FLOW when we have quality sleep - I'm so grateful to Roogenic and their growers for this marvelous tea. Rosey

Finally, a sleep tea that not only tastes great but actually helps me sleep. I bought my first box of loose leaf tea at the Fremantle Markets as much as souvenir of my only holiday to WA as anything. I liked that it supported the indigenous community (and hoped it drew on their knowledge of native plants) and small farmers. I was surprised by how effective it was and how pleasant the taste was. When I finished the box I went back to my previous Pukka sleep tea and realised there was no comparison. I then took the opportunity to buy 4 boxes of the Roogenic tea in the Black Friday sales online so I’m stocked up for awhile now.

I read other reviews with a fair sense of scepticism....well they were right....for years I have survived on an average of 3 to 4 hours sleep a night...I read a lot of books!...now I sleep...I fall asleep within minutes..not even a chance to start reading....the Berry flavour is really lovely too. I am recommending to all of my sleepless friends.
