This tea has a uniquique, long lasting and pleasant taste. It combines camomile with traditional indigenous plants to promote calmness and well-being. It is indeed relaxing. The tea blend is encased in special silky pods. The experience is a special treat to relax at the end of a day. Each t bag can make 2 cups of tea. The tea blend calms my mind and my tummy.

I am a proud Wiradjuri aboriginal woman, the last 4yrs I dealt with, also with my mum, 2yrs of looking after my father, him whilst in palliative care, he passed Sept 2023, then looking after my mum. I have been drinking this tea for over a year now and wow! It has helped my peri-menopause sleep problems a lot. I also share the pot of this with my daughter who absolutely loves it. I highly recommend finding a beautiful cup to make this delicious tea and just sit in bed and just feel the warmth and smell the beautiful aromas and taste the deliciousness.
