Why it Works

Our Native Sleep Tea has been designed by our naturopaths to quiet the mind, relax the body, and promote deep sleep naturally.

Jilungin has long been used as a traditional sleep aid by the Nyul Nyul community.

Passionflower and Lemon Balm have been proven to improve sleep quality via their sedative action while reducing nervous restlessness.

We also included Aniseed Myrtle, Strawberry Gum Leaf, and Lemon Myrtle to reduce oxidative stress.

How to Use

Sip one cup (250ml) 30-40 minutes before bed to wind down naturally. Need something stronger or with less liquid? Make a concentrated brew with 150ml of water and steep for 15 minutes for a more potent brew.

Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Jilungin & Native Lemongrass is wild-harvested by the Nyul Nyul community in the Dampier Peninsula region of Western Australia.

Lemon Myrtle, Strawberry Gum Leaf and Aniseed Myrtle are harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales.

Like a warm hug
I can't say for certain if this has helped me sleep but I don't blame the tea for that, my life has been stressful lately. But I think it has helped a bit and i enjoythe taste. I always have a cup of tea at night and the calmer i can be right now the better

Making a difference
The Native Sleep Tea is definitely making a difference to my sleep, I am falling asleep faster and getting more deep sleep. Before I was lucky to get 20m deep sleep now I am getting aroung 1.5hrs..

Amazing for all
I have been drinking this tea for over a year now and wow! It has helped my peri-menopause sleep problems a lot. I also share the pot of this with my daughter who absolutely loves it. I highly recommend finding a beautiful cup to make this delicious tea and just sit in bed and just feel the warmth and smell the beautiful aromas and taste the deliciousness.

Delicious and it works!
This tea is so yummy, soothing, great with organic honey too.
I've noticed an improvement with my sleep too... I'm not as anxious at night and even if I go to bed late I feel rested. Highly recommend and looking forward to trying other Roogenic Teas too.
