    Sleep Tea Relaxation.

    I have trouble relaxing. I am always anxious.

    The sleepy tea puts me in a state of total relaxation without side effects.

    I think it's how we are meant to feel. It reminds me of my childhood before the cares of the world came over me.

    Years of insomnia cured in days

    I read other reviews with a fair sense of scepticism....well they were right....for years I have survived on an average of 3 to 4 hours sleep a night...I read a lot of books!...now I sleep...I fall asleep within minutes..not even a chance to start reading....the Berry flavour is really lovely too.     This says it all

    I have been taking sleep tea for 7 weeks. I used to sleep well but had to go onto cortisone which upset everything. This immediately worked. My Apple Watch recorded it all.
