Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    This says it all

    I have been taking sleep tea for 7 weeks. I used to sleep well but had to go onto cortisone which upset everything. This immediately worked. My Apple Watch recorded it all.

    It's amazing how well this actually works! I purchased this flavour in the loose-leaf option which is good value for money. Berry flavour has nice taste. But most importantly, it actually helps me to sleep.

    It actually works!

    I started off my grabbing a few free samples from a site I was working at. I was skeptical if I'm being honest. I sometimes take prescription sleeping pills as sleeping is something I've had trouble with ever since I was a kid. Anyway, I couldn't believe it actually worked. Once I used the three samples I had, I went onto the website, read into it some more and purchased two boxes. On my next order I'll be buying some extra boxes, plus the hot chocolate version for my family for Xmas. I should also add, I haven't had to take sleeping pills since I started drinking this tea!
