Tea Bags

Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy it before bedtime.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Sleep tight

    Finally, a sleep tea that not only tastes great but actually helps me sleep. I bought my first box of loose leaf tea at the Fremantle Markets as much as souvenir of my only holiday to WA as anything. I liked that it supported the indigenous community (and hoped it drew on their knowledge of native plants) and small farmers. I was surprised by how effective it was and how pleasant the taste was. When I finished the box I went back to my previous Pukka sleep tea and realised there was no comparison. I then took the opportunity to buy 4 boxes of the Roogenic tea in the Black Friday sales online so I’m stocked up for awhile now.

    it works

    a natural native tea used for getting and staying asleep. i much prefer this over taking sleep medication and it tastes good. brew 1 hour before bed and have no more sleepless problems

    Sleep Tea Relaxation.

    I have trouble relaxing. I am always anxious.

    The sleepy tea puts me in a state of total relaxation without side effects.

    I think it's how we are meant to feel. It reminds me of my childhood before the cares of the world came over me.

    I can't always go on holidays to unwind, but I can grab a cup of tea.

    Years of insomnia cured in days

    I read other reviews with a fair sense of scepticism....well they were right....for years I have survived on an average of 3 to 4 hours sleep a night...I read a lot of books!...now I sleep...I fall asleep within minutes..not even a chance to start reading....the Berry flavour is really lovely too. I am recommending to all of my sleepless friends.
