Anti-inflammatory Iced Tea

Ingredients (Serves 1)

2 tsp or 2 tea bags of Native Anti-Inflammitea
500ml water
¼ cup blueberries
Ice

Method

Steep the Native Anti-Inflammitea in 500ml of boiling water for at least 10-15 minutes.

Strain into a pitcher and add the blueberries.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Enjoy chilled over ice.
