Craft a soothing sleep tonic by steeping Celestial Sleep Tea with aromatics for a restful night's sleep.

Ingredients
2 tsp Celestial Sleep Tea
3 slices of fresh ginger (about 5cm wide)
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp Roogenic Honey (optional)
2 tbsp tart cherry juice
1 sprig of mint
500mL water
Method
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot and turn off the heat.To the pot, the Celestial Sleep Tea, ginger, Roogenic Honey, vanilla extract, plum juice and mint - bruise the sprig gently before adding. Let steep for at least 10 minutes before straining the mixture into a mug.
(Alternatively) To a teapot, add the Celestial Sleep Tea, ginger, Roogenic Honey, vanilla extract, plum juice and mint - bruise the sprig gently before adding. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let steep for at least 10 minutes before straining the mixture into a mug.
