Mulled Apple Juice with Immunity Tea

A wine-free spin on a classic winter recipe fortified with Immunity tea and warm, aromatic spices for a healthful, cosy drink.

Serves 1

Ingredients

1½ cup apple juice

1½ cup cranberry juice

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp Immunity Tea

½ orange

5 cloves

1 star anise

2 cardamom pods

1 cinnamon sticks

1 inch ginger, grated

 

Method

  • Add all of the ingredients into a small saucepan over low heat and bring to a light simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove this from the heat and let cool & infuse. Strain the mixture and enjoy while warm.
