Enjoy any time of the day. Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Sip and enjoy. To make a chilled tea, steep 2 tea bags in 500ml of boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Changed my life!
Normally skeptical buying off an FB ad but gave this one a try and I couldn’t be happier with the results! In two days I could feel some improvements with my hands, i even had to cancel a cortisone injection on my thumb because I don’t feel I needed it after taking this tea for a week! It works
This tea works for me. I use it instead of taking pills.
My pain seems to subside quite quickly and the effects seem to last throughout the day. I dont drink this tea every day because there are only 18 bags in a pack. I reuse the same bag 3 times leaving it in the fridge between uses. I have found the reuse doesnt seem to diminish the effects.
