Anti inflammation tea
I'm not normally a herbal tea lover, but this is amazing. The mint adds that freshness most herbal teas lack.

Anti inflammation tea
I have been using this tea on and off for about 9 months now and have found that when I don’t have it I am in more pain I have osteoarthritis in my lower back and neck .The taste of the tea is an acquired taste but I am now used to it and it is quite pleasant.

Hand pain
My daughter suggested this tea for me to assist with arthritis pain in my hand. I have been advised to have an op to resolve my pain but since having the tea I have noticed a big improvement and as this stage surgery will be going on the back burner until I really have to go down that path.
