Enjoy any time of the day. Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Sip and enjoy. To make a chilled tea, steep 2 tea bags in 500ml of boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

What an Incredible Find
Late last year, my right pointing finger started being stiff and painful especially in the mornings. It gotten to a point where it was very swollen and I could not even bend it to write.
My blood test came back as positive for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I did not want to depend on steroids or pain killers or other drugs so I started seeking alternative treatment.
I took Black Seed Oil, Kurk, Turmeric, heat cream, supplements such as Vitamin D, Collagen, Boron etc. While these are actually beneficial and a lot of people sweat by these, they did not really work for me although my finger got slightly better, it was still stiff in the mornings and swollen.
Until I came across Roogenic Anti Inflammation Tea on my Facebook feed. I was actually skeptical cause what good would come out of social media right? Oh boy was I wrong and glad I was.

This has to be my favourite Roogenic tea. Love the flavour, love the smell and it really helps with my inflammation issue's. Also thank you for the bonus Sleep tea sample, I've heard a lot about this tea so I can5 wait to try it 😊
