Enjoy any time of the day. Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Sip and enjoy. To make a chilled tea, steep 2 tea bags in 500ml of boiling water for 6-8 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Inflammation Powder (180g)

Shake or stir 6g (1 scoop) into 200ml of water, chilled tea or smoothie daily.

Supporting my detox

Addicted! absolutely love your teas
Diagnosed with various inflammations in my body - this tea popped up in my feed at the right time and it has been a game changer.
