Why it Works

Our Anti Inflammation Tea has been designed to support the body in the reduction of inflammation with the help of supportive plants.

Native Lemongrass has been shown to reduce pain and inflammation effectively. 

Pepperberries contain polygodial, a component with potent antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic properties.

Turmeric and Lemon Myrtle have anti-inflammatory properties and act as powerful antioxidants.

We also included Black Pepper to enhance circulation and the bioavailability of curcumin, the primary active ingredient in turmeric.

How to Use

Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.

Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

  • Native Lemongrass is wild-harvested by Indigenous communities in South Australia.

  • Pepperberries are harvested by Indigenous growers and small farmers in Tasmania.

  • Lemon Myrtle is harvested by small farmers in Northern New South Wales

    I am due for a partial knee replacement in 10 days and have suffered from inflammation for 6 months. I've only tried the anti inflammatory tea bags for 2 days maximum 2 a day and OMG there's such a big difference. I'm taking them to hospital with me. I have had no life all year due to limited mobility - if only I'd tried these earlier.
