Our Tea Tins are not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher. Wipe inside with a dry cloth to clean. Do not submerge in water.

    Sleepy Tea

    I trialled this tea for. Couple of nights and almost immediately I saw results. I then skipped a night and it wasn’t a great night at all, lots of tossing and turning that in the end I just got up out of bed. I made sure that night I drank my tea. Now it says to steep it for 6 mins, but I only do approx 2 mins max, and then keep the tea bag for either another cuppa or keep it for the next night. I drink it about 45 mins before bed. It relaxes me. I find if I do wake briefly in the night, I easily fall back to sleep rather quickly. It calms my overthinking mind. Highly recommend this tea.

    Finally I can sleep

    This sleep tea is amazing, helps to calm, sooth and destress the body. Prior to sleeping, I have one cup and then I find my body relaxing and when I get in to bed. I drift off to sleep. Its natural, healthy and hydrating and most of all its Australian.
