These teas can be enjoyed any time of the day. Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes.

Our sleep teas are designed to be enjoyed before bed. Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Sip and sleep.

Kakadu Plum Powder (7g)

Simply add ¼ of a teaspoon of Roogenic Kakadu Plum per day to your water, chilled tea or even sprinkled over cereals, smoothies, or desserts. Adding heat to Kakadu Plum should be avoided as it can reduce the vitamin C content.

Changed my life!
Normally skeptical buying off an FB ad but gave this one a try and I couldn’t be happier with the results! It works
This tea works for me. I use it instead of taking pills.
My pain seems to subside quite quickly and the effects seem to last throughout the day. I dont drink this tea every day because there are only 18 bags in a pack. I reuse the same bag 3 times leaving it in the fridge between uses. I have found the reuse doesnt seem to diminish the effects.

Best sleep
Using this tea gives me a deep sleep and i dont feel groggy in the morning.
