These teas can be enjoyed any time of the day. Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes.

Native Sleep & Native Relaxation Tea Bags

Our sleep teas are designed to be enjoyed before bed. Pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag, then allow it to steep for 6-8 minutes. Sip and sleep.

Kakadu Plum Powder (7g)

Simply add ¼ of a teaspoon of Roogenic Kakadu Plum per day to your water, chilled tea or even sprinkled over cereals, smoothies, or desserts. Adding heat to Kakadu Plum should be avoided as it can reduce the vitamin C content.

Roogenic Tea for deep sleep
Native Sleep Tea
Have not slept well for years. My deep sleep and REM sleep have been spasmodic and minimal to say the least . Since drinking Roogenic Native Sleep tea my deep sleep has improved exponentially. I drink this tea before bed each night and feel calm and relaxed, then drift off into an amazing sleep for many hours. What an Incredible Find
Late last year, my right pointing finger started being stiff and painful especially in the mornings. It gotten to a point where it was very swollen and I could not even bend it to write.
My blood test came back as positive for Rheumatoid Arthritis. I did not want to depend on steroids or pain killers or other drugs so I started seeking alternative treatment.
I took Black Seed Oil, Kurk, Turmeric, heat cream, supplements such as Vitamin D, Collagen, Boron etc. While these are actually beneficial and a lot of people sweat by these, they did not really work for me although my finger got slightly better, it was still stiff in the mornings and swollen.

Happy sleepy time
Amazing blend of beneficial tea, lovely strawberry flavour. I drank a cup and 15 minutes later I was fast asleep, so I have to make sure to drink it just before bedtime. Highly recommend this tea.
