Golden Sleep Tea

The Golden Sleep Tea has become my new favourite. I have trouble getting to sleep as I’m going through menopause, I have a cup of golden sleep 30-45 mins before I go to bed and have the best night sleep.

The smell is amazing and the taste is just as good.

Definitely recommend to everyone that needs a good night’s sleep

This makes a nice change from the Native Sleep Tea. I hope it becomes a regular item, as I like to change my night time teas around at times.

As a nurse shift worker I have always had trouble getting enough hours sleep, usually average 3 to 4 hours between shifts. Thought I would try this tea, tastes nice with lovely blends. OMG I was asleep within 30 mins and I slept 8 hours, was almost late for my shift!! I use it also to sleep after nights and I get a good 6 to 7 hours. Have recommended to a few friends who struggle with their sleep especially going through menopause. I will try the menopause one also I think. So glad I found your site.

My absolute favourite way to wind down for the day .

I use to take melatonin to help relax my mind especially after a big day at work ,but now I’ve switched to golden sleep tea and I won’t look back.

It’s so delicious tasting with a dash of honey .

Beautiful way to go off to sleep I’ve even made it for my kids who also enjoy the taste and get restful sleep too .
