    Love it

    I find I become sleepy not long after finishing a cup. It maintains sleep, so I sleep soundly all night and wake up refreshed. I no longer am taking medication for insomnia thanks to Golden Sleep Tea and Roogenics.

    The best Sleep tea around - if you can get it!

    I love all the relaxation and sleep teas that Roogenic produce, but this one - just the very best. Pity its not more readily available! Great for stressed out parents - and those studying late for exams!

    Please try to source more of these wonderful ingredients - getting a good night’s sleep is so important for everyone!!!
