    "Menopause Tea: Saving my liver, my sanity, and my thermostat."

    I started drinking Roogenics Menopause Tea on ice every day, and let me tell you, this tea is the MVP (Most Valuable Potion) of my life. It's like my body was throwing a daily rave with hot flashes as the strobe lights and mood swings as the DJ—until this tea showed up and shut the party down.

    Swapping booze for this was easier than I thought. Every glass is a refreshing reminder that I won’t wake up wondering why my pants are in the fridge. Plus, the tea tastes so good that I almost feel like I’m cheating on my wine glass... except now I sleep better, my liver’s cheering, and I’ve turned into one of those people who smugly says, "Oh, I’m just having tea tonight."

    I really like this tea. The flavour is really good, it helps calm me and I feel so much better. I add a little raw honey and lemon juice. Delicious!
