    Pleasant and enjoyable

    So far after a week of using morning and night seems to be hepling with not as many flushes. I am post menopause but still get some flushes but not as many now

    Menopause Night

    Menopause Night makes me sleep like the dead. Its kind of a similar reaction to the Sleep tea. I sleep so well that I don't feel like I need to take the Menopause day tea just yet.
