    Lovely tea for the evening

    I enjoy having this tea before bed. It has a lovely taste. My husband likes it too, and he isn’t a herbal tea drinker at all.

    Menopause Night Tea

    I have tried many herbal remedies for Menopause and all have made me nauseas just thinking about them. The Night Tea is so much better tasting than anything else I've tried and this one even works to slow down how many hot flushes I have while I'm asleep. I am down from 8-10 hot flushes a night to 1-2, if that some nights. What a difference this tea has made. I sip it about 30mins before I go to bed, I find it calming from the stresses of the day and really pleasant tasting. Thank You!
