Why it Works

Our Menopause Day Tea is designed by our naturopaths to alleviate the effects of menopause, including fatigue, hot flushes, stress, and unbalanced hormones.

Shatavari Root and Red Clover contain phytoestrogens that can mimic estrogen in the body and may help regulate post-menopausal hormone levels.

Bovine collagen has been proven to support bone health through increased bone formation and reduced bone deterioration.

We also included Lemon Myrtle and Kakadu Plum Leaves, which have calcium to support bone health in menopausal women.

How to Use
Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Menopause Day Tea

This tea was a life saver for me , terrible menopausal symptoms not just one I had them all . I was too embarrassed to leave the house because of the sweating ,I always looked like a drowned rat . Tried different herbal pills they kind of worked but too expensive. The tea worked so fast & life is looking good again. Plus very affordable even on my fixed income. Didn't believe in miracles until I found this tea . Thanku Roogenic

    Reduction in hot flashes

I have had this tea for about 8 months now but I stopped having it over summer and I had a bad case of hot flushes so I started the tea again and after a couple of weeks the hot flushes have almost gone completely. I do like the combo of the day and night tea. I love the taste of the day tea too!!
