Why it Works

Our Menopause Day Tea is designed by our naturopaths to alleviate the effects of menopause, including fatigue, hot flushes, stress, and unbalanced hormones.

Shatavari Root and Red Clover contain phytoestrogens that can mimic estrogen in the body and may help regulate post-menopausal hormone levels.

Bovine collagen has been proven to support bone health through increased bone formation and reduced bone deterioration.

We also included Lemon Myrtle and Kakadu Plum Leaves, which have calcium to support bone health in menopausal women.

How to Use
Our naturopaths recommend 500ml (two cups) daily, hot or cold, for at least two weeks. As our teas contain potent medicinal plants, it’s vital to see how your body responds, and then you can increase your intake to up to 1000ml per day. Our teas are caffeine-free and won’t dehydrate you, making them a perfect hydration boost throughout the day.

Loose Leaf Tea

In a teapot or infuser, add 1 heaped teaspoon to 500ml of boiling water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Tea Bags

In a cup or teapot pour 250ml of boiling water over the teabag. Allow to steep for 6-8 minutes. Enjoy hot or leave to chill to drink as a refreshing iced tea.

Iced Tea

Steep 3 tsp of loose-leaf tea or 4 tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 10 minutes. Place in the fridge to cool or pour over ice. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.

    Menopause Day Tea

I have tried many herbal remedies for Menopause and all have made me nauseas just thinking about them. The Day Tea is so much better tasting than anything else I've tried and this one even works to slow down how many hot flushes I have in a day. Thank You!

    Menopause day tea

I really like this tea. The flavour is really good, it helps calm me and I feel so much better. I add a little raw honey and lemon juice. Delicious!

I actually order these teas from England. They're that good!

    Menopause Relief Naturally!

This tea has a lovely taste and has greatly eased my menopause symptoms. If I miss a few days, I notice my symptoms, especially the daytime hot flushes, increase again. I only have a few flushes during the day now, if at all, and they are not severe. This tea is a great alternative to treat menopause naturally. I recommend it to everyone when the discussion arises over treatments.
