Nice tea!
A nice tasting tea that really helps me relax, preparing for sleep. I’ve tried a few teas but they usually are green tea based with that bitter taste, but this one is subtle yet fragrant. I intend to order again after I finish this packet.
I won’t claim that it knocked me out or anything as I have a very active brain and hyper vigilant nervous system, and have struggled with insomnia for years. However, I have noticed that making this tea as a nightly ritual helps prepare my mind and body to get ready for bed, and feel it’s easier to fall asleep on the days I drink the tea compared to those I don’t. It’s a nice change!

Best sleep ever
