Deep restful sleep with energetic wake up
This tea allows my body to fully relax into sleep. I find within 45 mins of drinking it, I am nodding off so I turn off the TV and all of a sudden it’s morning and my 6am alarm is chirping. Love it. No more lying in bed overthinking and getting mad at yourself for overthinking and not sleeping.

I agree with the advice given to use the powder a few times to allow the magic to work. But then I was amazed to see my sleep record showing a really decent amount of deep sleep which usually evades me. The taste is a pleasant berry flavour and it mixes into the water well if you give it a good stir. I take it an hour before bedtime as recommended and actually feel myself getting drowsy and ready to go to sleep. Another drug-free winner from Roogenic.
