    Opposite effect on me

    Unfortunately I found this made me wired and on edge. Very!

    Tried it for 3 nights in case it was something else but by the 3 rd morning of terrible sleep I was trembly and feeling very anxious. Must be an adverse reaction to one of the ingredients.

    Interestingly I just spoke with someone who had the same experience. She was told passionflower can have that effect on some people.

    Shame, I really love the taste.

    If you can’t sleep, buy this!

    This tea is wonderful I haven’t slept so well in a very long time. And I love the taste it is delicious.

    I fall asleep within 30 min to an hour after drinking the tea.
