    having been reliant on prescription medications to switch off my brain and get a decent sleep, I've been overwhelmed by how good these products are. No more pills & potions, a cup of tea or a sip of deep sleep and I'm to lala land!

    I love this sleep tea. It has a nice berry taste. It has been helping me to fall asleep. I've stocked up. Highly Recommend it, if you have problems in sleeping.

    Tastes great

    I was recomended to try the sleep tea as I'm a very light sleeper. Unfortinateley the tea has not improved my sleeping. It does however taste great. I've not yet tried the sleep powder.

    Delicious combination that is easy to drink - even for those who don't normally drink herbal tea! Relax tea is great any time of the day when things start to get a bit stressful, and the sleep tea and powder helps make you sleepy and return to sleep easily if you have to wake to go to the loo.
