Kakadu Plum Chia Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice (plant-based or dairy)
  • ¼ tsp Roogenic Kakadu Plum powder
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Toppings of choice: fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes or nuts

Method

  1. In a jug, whisk together the milk, Kakadu Plum powder, cinnamon and sweetener (if using) until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture over chia seeds in a bowl or jar.
  3. Stir well to ensure the chia seeds are evenly mixed.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until set.
  6. When ready to serve, stir once more and divide into 3–4 servings.
  7. Top with your favourite additions and enjoy.
