Craft a soothing sleep tonic by steeping Celestial Sleep Tea with aromatics for a restful night's sleep. Serves 1 Ingredients 2 tsp Celestial Sleep Tea 3 slices of fresh ginger (about 5cm wide) ½ tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp Roogenic Honey (optional) 2 tbsp tart cherry juice 1 sprig of mint 500mL water Method Bring the water to a boil in a small pot and turn off the heat.To the pot, the Celestial Sleep Tea, ginger, Roogenic Honey, vanilla extract, plum juice and mint - bruise the sprig gently before adding. Let steep for at least 10 minutes before straining the mixture into a mug.(Alternatively) To a teapot, add the Celestial Sleep Tea, ginger, Roogenic Honey, vanilla extract, plum juice and mint - bruise the sprig gently before adding. Pour boiling water over the mixture and let steep for at least 10 minutes before straining the mixture into a mug.Enjoy this tonic warm.

Indulge in a comforting spiced hot chocolate, blending nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, chilli powder and sea salt for a divine treat. Serves 1 Ingredients 1 scoop Cosmic Cocoa ½ tsp nutmeg ½ tsp cinnamon ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch chilli powder 1 pinch sea salt 250 mL milk (dairy or non-dairy) Chocolate shavings (optional, for garnishing) Method In a small pot on low heat, gently warm up the milk being careful not to bring to a boil.Add the Cosmic Cocoa, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla extract, chilli powder and sea salt to the milk and stir slowly until the mixture is well incorporated. Remove from the heat and pour into a mug.Top the drink with chocolate shavings and dust with extra Cosmic Cocoa and cinnamon before serving.
