Deep Sleep Bark

Serves 6 Ingredients: 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen (thawed)½ cup dark chocolate chips1 tbsp coconut oil2 scoops Deep Sleep1 tbsp pepitas1 tbsp sunflower seeds1 tbsp dried cranberries1 tbsp coconut flakes Method: Reduce the raspberries over low to medium heat in a small saucepan, mashing them as they cook.Gently melt the dark chocolate chips & coconut oil in a glass bowl over a double boiler.Turn off the heat and stir in the Deep Sleep.Pour the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper. Spoon the raspberries and scatter the toppings.Let the bark sit for at least an hour before refrigerating for another 2 hours or until fully set.Remove from the refrigerator and break the chocolate bark into pieces before serving.Tip: Replace the Deep Sleep with Collagen+ & Kakadu Plum and white chocolate with dark chocolate to make it a sleep version.
